Title: Turok on Gameboy
Post by: Belmont legacy on February 14, 2018, 03:14:56 PM
I had picked up the first Turok Gameboy game quite some time ago and I have to say, this game is SO underrated and a blast to play. It's not dinosaur Hunter by any means at all, but I must say for a gameboy Turok game, it's very very fun and addicting. Any reason why exactly this game never got the love and attention it deserved?

I agree I liked all of the GB games also Evolution. Its also really cool how each game pretty much got a Gameboy version with it. I'm not sure how many games can say the same.

All the gameboy games are awesome. Turok Rage Wars is hard as nails.

I've definitely been meaning to play them all myself.  I have dipped my toe in one of them long ago, but remember not being able to make much progress so I switched to another game. :/  I think my passion would get me past any early roughness if I played through them nowadays though.

I really enjoy all of them.  They're all rock hard though.  Perhaps a little too hard for their own good.  Still, it's a very consistent spin-off series.  Graphical presentation is nice, the music is fantastic (especially Evolution) and the controls are solid.

In fact, I'm off to play Evolution right now!  :serious business:
