Duke64 thanks, like you see on picture with T-Rex I made new .50 cal bullet icon :D

And this is nice:



Gun called "Thunder gun" http://callofduty.wikia.com/wiki/Thundergun but it looks like real machine.



It can replace "Alien gun" in Turok game.

I'm still working on mix of Shockwave Cannon replace gun.

it probably is good to put them here and this shot looks nice buddy :) That's one of my favorite parts in T1. Yeah I know its early in the game but still that bridge and how you came upon it I liked the transition of it. Cool new pictures the rex is cool seeing to :)

Yes, but I think here is better place to show my ideas.

I thought about some story of Turok Remake. One of cool my ideas is that Turok is commando and during one mission in jungle (Predator Inspiration) only intro, he is kidnapped and transferred in time to the days of the dinosaur age. I will be add more dinsaurs like nice flying beast Pterodactyl or huge  Brontosaurus. Turok can't and don't want kill Brontosaurus but nice to see it in game.

Hey Max Payne is a good reference indeed. Maybe you like the bullet time or the slow mo kill shot. It would be pretty cool to put that stuff in. Turok Evolution had something very similar actually, where you could see the bullet you fired hit the enemy up close and personal.

Dinosaurs do blow up in Turok 08 its just only with explosives its called a dino fountain I think? It would be pretty cool to shoot there arms, legs, tails, and heads of with bullets instead of only explosives.

Also, Turok 08 has rendered models already out there. They are made specific for Garry's mod here but models are not specific to where they can work just the coding. Oh yeah I am learning :P

I think more brutalty is okay I mean living in the jungle you have to be a savage. And that last video you showed of the level in the Doom engine is exactly why the Doom engine should be used in such project :D

Combine that level with Turok, 2d sprite dinos, and brutal dooms blood you got something special.

Guys about Brutal Doom you understand me wrong. I mean, not Turok Remake on Brutal Doom engine, it's impossible, open areas jumping over the abyss. But use Brutal Doom enemy behavior as a result of shooting to them:



and comapre with Turok 2008:

from 19:45  (Turok shooting in Raptor but is not brutal) in 19:52 shooting in enemy and enemy only falling down on ground? In Dinosaur Hunter enemies dies with fantasia :D

Brutal Turok on the Doom engine would gain some publicity for sure. And something even ppl outside (not just die hard Turok fans) would look forward to. I think it would gain interest easily with the hard work of course.

Hell yeah Brutal Doom and Max Payne are awesome references. They both have some really good special effects in there games. I think Turok would be awesome on the Doom engine for something like a  Brutal Turok :D I would probably help if on the Doom engine but I am not very experienced in the mapping yet. So I would have to take some time to dig into it but its tough when I am already in Duke 3D and UDK4 not to mention my job :) But I think a Turok mod on Brutal Doom status would kick ass man. Some people have tried but they never finished :(

Guys I have new ideas about Turok Remak. I'm still playing Brutal Doom and one of good ideas is all sort of granades, claymore bomb etc :) other nice thing is like brutal doom is you can shoot in all part of enemy. Raptor run into you, shoot to him from shotgun in one leg and he falling down, with blood. If you use grenade launcher he exploed on many pices like in brutal doom. Of course in settings you can on - off brutal option :D About weapons, in modern style you have weapons list like in Max Payne 1, up menu on each number key. Many different guns.
