Yup those two are foil :) and my two favorite Pokemon but the turtle family are my favorites.

I have other cool gen one Pokemon foils but still love the other turtles something about turtles huhu.

Rok:
Classic power Ranger is pretty awesome though. Yeah I only know generation 1 Pokemon and there really cool.

Jay Doomed:
My favorites were Charmander, Charmeleon, and Charizard :) nice stuff though.
