Well, you have this specific guy who keeps this Forum alive here and there.
I was in the first round of Turok Evolution beta testing. I played level 1-1 and all of the multiplayer maps. Further rounds of beta testing involved the same, with more single player tests. As far as I know, I was one of the first to play the game. I never played the game with the dinosaurs in it, just the multiplayer maps. I was also sent an early version of the game that had pictures of dinosaurs on the box. The game was originally supposed to be released on all three consoles and PC, but they changed the PC developer and it was never released on PC.
It's a spammer if you check the profile they're trying to get back links to index the URLs in their profiles it's a Blackhat SEO strategy.
