Added Turok Discord to the menu bar right after the log out button.

Edit: Removed Help menu

I thought I fixed the shoutbox before (where users could delete chat posts). Having it available could give the sense that its only on your end. However, that wasn't the case and that is totally my fault that things were deleted.

Thanks to archiving DoomMarine 23 made a file that you can download and view it all again.
