Yeah they definitely follow you everywhere lol would be cool to see more bugs of random games like this.

Bug 2 well seems I have ran into another bug  in GTA 5 Ceo Work   Exclusive Search your dot on the rader is suppose to be invisble while you are moving,  now it is glitch sometimes  every once in a while  when they do  Search they appear on the rader while they are moving.  it not suppose to appear on the rader  while they are moving only if they stand still for a couple of secs  if they start moving again then they go invis again.
