There have been many games I've played or watched that I found interesting—too many to list! But I’ll get to it eventually. As for the games I’ve played that intrigued me, I can’t really give them a genuine place in this randomly assorted list. For example, I want to invest myself in these games: Aliens versus Predator Classic 2000, Star Wars: Dark Forces, Deus Ex and many more! But the first 5 are really games that I enjoyed!
To add to my comment above, there are so many indie FPS games I want to mention, like Selaco, Coven, UltraKill, Amid Evil, and more just to give you an idea of how expansive my interests are. But for now, let’s focus on what you like.
