Really glad you released this going to play it tonight. I already played the earlier version and can say its very consistent and good especially for such a quick map. I know you made it in about a week. Very nice. I'll share it around some Doom groups ;)

New Beta Version 1.5.7 Update Now Available For Testing
Greetings everyone,

Its been a while, but there is a new patch available in the beta branch (version 1.5.7). One of the key features of this patch is that it now allows the ability to skip cinematics due to the numerous requests from the speedrunning community.

Opting in the Beta patch
To opt-in to the Beta patch, Restart Steam, right-click on Turok 2 in Steam and go to Properties. On the Betas tab, you should see a dropdown box where you choose to opt-into the 'beta' branch. When you choose the Beta branch, the game will swap to that branch and download the patch.

If you are having problems with Turok 2, please opt-in to the Beta and let us know if these issues have been addressed for you or not.

Please remember that this is a BETA patch and not necessarily the final patch, problems may occur if you decide to check out the patch ahead of time. This branch may also be updated at any time without warning, containing new features and fixes.

This patch will go live in the official branch in about a week or so.

Renderer / Graphics
====================
* Fixed issue where alt-tabbing in DirectX fullscreen mode could become stuck switching back to desktop
* Shadow maps are now disabled if uniform buffers are not supported or disabled in OpenGL

Single-Player Gameplay
======================
* Hub intro cinematics can now be skipped
* Primagen's head model is no longer fullbright during the intro cinematic

User Interface
==============
* Violence option implemented that toggles either red or green blood, or disables gore effects

Audio
====================
* Music now dynamically reduces volume during cinematics

Yeah I'll release the Doom version. Uff just a matter of tidying the wad and don't really feel like doing it yet lol. Thanks for the challenge earlier today also its going very well ;)

Hope to play the Doom version no rush though.

Okay this one of my favorite Turok solo maps. I played this weekend. I liked everything about it. Its designed well has lots of details and cool stuff. Like a climbable tree, birds, statue spawning enemies, the trex, and great gameplay. You used models to make your own construction. Anyways, I submitted a review on Sanctum great job.

I'll have a look at it right now but you have to wait for 64. I'm going to have about an hour every morning to check on stuff here. I'm out of town for a job :/ But there's a place for me to log in before work starts. Well I don't want to ramble we need more maps like this.

First just wanted to say welcome dude. Yeah F.E.A.R is a cool game one of my favorites in horror games. I'll check this out and we will get it on turok sanctum too :)

How you did this in 2 days is crazy this would take me two weeks or even more lol. Well anyway very nice level. I noticed all the birds haha statue spawning enemies very good layout and progression build ups. I know you will update one thing on this map before you call it finished. But this is a really good map the title fits since its basically a combo of the Jungle and Ancient City mostly. Trex was a cool touch. You've done it again. Amazing map and region work.

Maybe we could connect some levels. So when you beat my demon village it will take you to this level. And we could combine Jungle falls also. Idk just a random collection mod I guess. Let me make sure deathsphere knows that you did his challenge lol!

Happy birthday buddy I was busy today. Going to play this map now. It looks like good fun. Congrats on challenge complete it is crazy how much you did in these days :) Also, wanted to ask you maybe I could submit some reviews on Turok Sanctum?

I believe he has said it before. Use the 'Contact Us' form to submit reviews and if we approve it, it will be posted. There is approval/submissions because we have a set pace for reviews and 64 has told me it will be a tight window. We look at very specific things. I'm sure you could write one that gets approved though go ahead mate.

I've already played it and can confirm the Doom version is indeed done. Hey I'll be off work earlier this weekend lets play some raptor fest again, this time using this mod :) Hit me up in a pm here I wont be on discord as much anymore.

Oh I see going out of town-

My bad if I made it seem like I dont want to be on discord. Its not that...I'm leaving out of state for work on Saturday. I will probably be gone for a month or so. Can't bring my PC because I'm not putting it in the hotel while I'm at work. I don't trust that. So we have to play this on Friday or something before I do. Happy Bday bro :)

Looks really good! I want to play both versions. So when you release the Doom version I'll play this too. Because I want to play them back to back for a refreshing view on it. Great work btw.
