Wow 64 it is fucking awesome yep I like it, its beautiful just how it is now the dawn atmosphere is something to gaze at. Okay the map is done then. Let me do a few minor adjustments with pick ups and spawns and this one is done. Thanks a shit ton for your help putting sectors back. Man I couldn't figure out what was wrong so I started deleting things one by one to try and find the crash :/ Its okay that you took long to look at it. It made me investigate the editor a lot myself :) I learned a lot! and this was a starter map. I will be working on another dm map after I tidy this one up. Should be done really shortly. Thanks again means a lot.

So this map is made by me and 64 now and its a lot better now :)

Yeah the update is 64 took the map back xD he decided to do something special with it. Which I don't think he is ready to share yet.
Its alright lol I can even combine it with the other after all if you wished. Really doesn't matter heh. I probably should of had the wip threads pinned when I think about it.
If its WIP threads it will get out of hand and unorganised
So lets make it that everyone has their own thread when they are ready to post.

Yeah let's combine the wip threads to avoid messiness, 64 told me to go ahead and do it. We can have our own threads for the releases! Yes it should of been pinned before. No problem and don't worry about it.
Like the stuff so far, I'd like to see those weps in action sometime, Marine.

Got my own thread already to post things (2 separate ones actually) but I feel this is a good thread to give inspiration to anybody reading looking to mod.

I haven't been a modder for very long, if I told myself from months ago that I'd be doing what you see above, I wouldn't believe it. Don't be scared of experimenting with stuff, it might turn into something unique.

Awesome shotgun and really cool idea to give them dead floating animations on the model since they normally don' die in water that's really cool. Keep up the awesome work everyone.

I was wondering what was going on with your River of souls dm map Jay. Cool so you are just having an error that you need to fix. Well if it is possible I think would be a good idea to have both in a pack. Maybe Gazers mp map also try to talk to him about it....

Yeah I can tell its a minor issue but I can't seem to figure it out when the crash error doesn't really tell us what's going on. Its no problem though 64 already said he could fix and knows what the error is. I guess its just whenever he gets a moment to go at it. No rush though but I have been trying to find it out this whole time and can't yet...

64 if you EVER get to have a look at the river of souls dm map I made and try to help me find the error maybe we could just release that one and this one as a pack. Since they are both based on a sp style they kind of go together in a way and would be nice! I did send you that map like 2-3 weeks ago now lmao. No rush and no worries if not but it would be helpful if I can see why that error happens. I tried a lot of things to make it stop crashing with the error to no avail. So if you figure out the error feel free to include that one here.

But I have a feeling nobody actually cares about mp maps. Whenever I go to play T2 mp on the remaster there are no servers why should the devs prioritize something that isn't actually played very much.

Good job 64 I will play mp with you if we are online at the same time. If anyone could bring back these mp maps in there true mp form it would be you. You should do more of them like this! But idk if that's your plan since you mention this is your favorite original t2mp map.

Great this level looks nice here. Will you customize it more or going for purist feel? I bet it is a tough question there lol. When will you show all other maps for t2?? You should be sharing more wip and updates...and others well imo

Agreed if I remember correctly I have seen about 5 different maps from you might as well share them and update. Would be cool!

Hey Smoke any reason why some mods are not compatible with each other?  I use your mod and Level mods but every time i start the game via Editor Mode a box always pops out.

Most mods use the same script files. The game only reads one of them so combining two mods causes issues. The game doesn't read two of the same scripts.

For example Duke64's maps use main.txt but so does Brutal Turok. So launching both will cause a tangle. They will either not function correctly or they will crash..
