Thanks if you think it is good. Well a bit of focus and a bit of determination and anyone can make map too. I really picture areas in my head I look at it like a form of art. I LOVE IT! I draw maps all the time too for Turok, Doom, and Duke of course. I should post some of my drawings someday. Its funny because I am a horrible artist but I can draw map layouts :) A map I treat like is my painting whether others think is good or not going to paint the scene I see heh. Enjoy

That looks really cool. Okay Level 3 is yours ;) Updated Description please submit it so I can see it for quality and make sure it aligns with the second map, if you know what I mean to keep the pace for dino's and weapons.

The enemies falling off cliffs is pretty cool. I can just picture the Duke Scream (arrrgghhhh) as they're going down the hole lol. The gibs staying around was indeed awesome as I thought it would be. I won't get over Dragon Breath shells because explosive shells and auto xD. I pinned this because of the dedication from you to work on and build Turok+ your mod. I understand the coding in this game and it makes me see just how much thought went in this. Plus working along with you (with a certain mod) showed me more how much you know in this. I plan to make video coming soon in this. Keep updates coming :)

You should put the hut with baby raptor from Jungle Falls map in the start again. Cool idea Turok blast away action.

Look good, but pistol/AR and normal shotgun shells seem like they are gonna be useless.

I will consider this and make sure that I keep that in mind because its going to get more hectic from here more chaos lots to think about thanks. But I want shotgun explosive as your main weapon love this weapon. The ammo will drain fast when surrounded.

Random thought I had lol: I also think there should be much more Purlin in one of the levels I think the jungle will be like a Purlin fortress here.

Serious Turok is a mod that adds more dinosaurs, monsters, weapons, ammo, map changes, and more detail to the original maps. In an attempt at making it hectic like Serious Sam games. But not identical.

I'm only done with level 1 here and it didn't become a thought until I finished it up. This is going to be one of my back end projects, slowly over time it will be added to. I'm also looking for anyone who wants to help if they wanted to speed it up. I'm going to take some time to finish this since I have other main projects. But that doesn't mean I won't put much effort into it. I will release here on forum only soon just this map for now. There are a lot of ideas for this mod and other things going on for it. Any ideas let me know what could be cool in a madness mod.

There are some other changes involved also. And more to come I will update list.

Additions:

///Mag 60 weapon added/// This was done awhile ago but only now did the textures finally appear on it in game. (Thanks to Snake Plissken) Snake and I together got this model in game. The model is the mag 60 from Turok 2 (not from a remaster) placed in Tal'Set's knife hand. Mag 60 still needs some minor work.
*Snake got the textures to appear by editing the model. It was driving me crazy and he got the textures to appear with model modifications to the model and creating a kmat file. Huge help thanks! When I was adding it in it was good except one thing, textures were oblivion lol. They needed a kmat and the models faces were not quite right to go into Turok even though they appeared on the model in blender/misfit.

Some ammo adjustments:
*Shotgun Ammo: 100 explosive shells and 100 normal shells. 50 with no backpack
*Pistol and Assault Rifle Ammo: Can carry 500 bullets
*Tek Arrow ammo: Carry 30 Tek arrows

Levels:

Level 1: Revisit The Hub Ruins




Biggest change: The green pillar maze has crashed down in certain spots opening that part of the map a hole lot more then it normally was.


Level 2 The Jungle: (Coming Soon)

Level 3: The Ancient City (Coming Soon) Jay Doom will edit this level

*Start with Chronosceptor weapon since we are revisiting. And give it more ammo
*Add hut in start

So was there a Turok editor out before this one? I haven't found any info about it except for here  ;D.

I'm in Los Angeles and the last time I went to a Dodgers baseball game a couple of years ago, there was a player here named LaDuca. The whole stadium chanted La Duuuuuuka when he came up to bat and it was pretty cool. La la land. It has it's good points.

There was a tester version only, which I and a few of the devs had access to awhile ago. It was removed nearly a year ago for safety pre-cautions of false advertisement and to help prevent any damage so it could eventually release. This is the only editor available here with the game. I'm sure updates will be coming to it also. But the guys are knee deep in Turok 2 atm.
