So, I tried that fix, Gazer.
I had to because I was lagging out big time, before. I have 7 CPU's in the Set Affinity and disabled from 3-7. I was unsure to disable those extra ones I have, but the game still worked.
I wonder if they'll change the hand sprites for when you play as another character? I played Flesh Eater and Adon, but I still like the Fireborn.

 Just as this match finished, I got four kills with the Nuke! xD This was actually a good few matches because my ping stayed consistent (even if still a bit higher) and I didn't have really any delay from gunshots. When I did try multiplayer earlier, my ping was bad but then I decided to finish off the rest of the Lair of The Blind Ones. My ping was much better after that... I try joining some matches, but then I get some build mismatch notice. As for the Tek Bow sniper glitch with standard arrows, I still get it upon loading game. I read the "What's New" and I just had an update. It's still a minor issue.

I need to get myself back into the mapping thing and find the time for it... This will look good and it was fun learning how to make one on Doom 64 EX. The first Turok's editor seemed a bit more complicated to me, but I was a bit rusty at the mapping basics, after a while.
The textures from the Lair of The Blind Ones will definitely be fun to play around with. As much as I hated the water maze in that level and how hellish it was to navigate through labyrinths, I still love the level and I'm just about to get started on that.

open 'task manager' before you start the game (right click the taskbar), start T2 and then alt+tab to task manager>processes>horus_x64.exe>(right click) Set Affinity>uncheck CPU 3. then OK
it seemed to help, try it and see 
Okay, I'll give that a look before I try anything. Sometimes in the main game I get a bit of frame chop, but not bad like I've had it in the multiplayer.

 This game is still the ultimate troll, when it comes to farming health back! xD I was bored, so I gave Hardcore mode a try and finished the Port of Adia.

Yeah, I thought I'd report any main game bugs I come across.
I'm still trying multiplayer but maybe I'll wait or try again when you're on, Duke. It wasn't too bad when I was in your matches, but the start was a bit slow and I thought I was being a noob, not knowing how the crossbow fired when it was my bad ping. xD
I did test making a new lobby, but like I said... I'm not sure if any other Australians are playing. I should ask the group and see who responds.

Yeah, the weapons changing erratically are a bit annoying. I've tried changing that setting, too.
At some stage I'll try hosting, but I'm unsure if people will be able to have a stable match if they're not from in Australia... Sometimes it sucks living here.

The main game: I had a bit of a glitch.
When I loaded my game in the "Courtyard" part of River of Souls (towards the level's end portal), I was next to the Adon portal and trying to snipe the Endtrail with the Tek Bow from above. This was with the standard arrows and they were just disappearing in thin air.
Eventually, the issue stopped and I was able to shoot them while in sniper mode, again.
It's the first time it's happened.
Another glitch with arrows I had yesterday was in the palace area, when fighting the raptors. I couldn't pick a few up from one corpse and I didn't have full capacity. Luckily, there's an arrow respawn location before the labyrinths.

This still confuses me and I'm not sure how many other Australian players there are, but I'll give it a try later on, when I'm less tired.
I'm sure New Zealand players (if any?) may be able to join an Aussie host, as well?
I know from God of War that Aus/NZ players seemed to play mostly lag free, but that was on there, which is different.

It's about 7PM and I don't have Quake. I got a few good matches, but then I was getting bad frame rates and I had to quit. I even had a crash in one match and I had to shutdown the game from Task Manager.  I don't understand much about it, but going by what you said and looking at this picture... That is really bad ping! xD My good games were averaging about the 400 mark and maybe less. I'll keep trying and also wait on Nightdive to fix the issues. The FPS was bad and I think because of all the players an once? The choppy frames almost makes me feel dizzy just looking at it. If you see me quit during battles, it's not rage quitting or anything. I try entering a few times to see it that will make any difference. With so much delay when my ping is that much, I might as well be on Mars. xD

Yo AbyssalDragon, great win! was fun playin' with you and sorry if I banged your bad ping, I was banged too.
I noticed you on there, too. I'm from Australia, so my connection might be at a different speed (probably slower in typical Aussie fashion). What is bad ping because I'm confused? My ping was in a 5 digit number. Is that a bad thing? I know it wasn't normal compared to everyone else... xD I just tried to play, but had a bad time. My guns weren't firing. My Internet plan is an older one, so maybe that also explains why it's being a piece of crap.
