The Unity scripts were something I made really fast to edit the data in the skinnedmesh and animation files. It's useless now since I went the extra mile and made Fireseed.

Off topic question, I took a look at it and seen that it can't as of yet and I'm aware it's a work in progress. However am I incorrect. Can fireseed allow for the creation of new animations or creation of new animations useing original vanilla animation as a base?

No nothing with animations yet. You can open an existing animation and save it to a new file and edit the values in that animation but nothing else as of now.
