I think it would be fair for Night Dive to charge more for T2 than T1, considering that it has multiplayer.
People complained a lot about T1 price when it first launched but I didn't see a problem with it. Maybe that's because I had been waiting so long to legally buy it on PC that I was willing to pay anything.

I feel the same way but would like to add that even the sp alone and the game alone is a lot more than Turok 1. I would be willnig to bet Turok 2 was a bigger pain in the ass then Turok 1 besides the fact that the engine from T1 was being used. But I feel like betting that Turok 2 was actually harder even while using the T1 kex engine. I can just think of all the many things. To be completely honest I'm not the best person to say what the price should be though because I would pay 60$ Screw new games I don't want to pay 60$ for there crappy story lines, crappy hd realistic graphics completely ugly to me, and of course a boring checkpoint system with limited weapons So I would pay 60$ for a game I actually want instead of some piece of crap new game xD

Another thing that bothers me in comments is "everyone" wanted Turok 2. But with the announcment everyone wants Turok 3 and Rage Wars?? I want those two games much more! than the average bums saying "bring Rage Wars". I want that game a lot! But why are people like this? Turok 1 comes out everyone wants Turok 2. Turok 2 gets news everyone wants rage Wars. Can we please enjoy the fucking moment of T2 releasing??

Anyways I'm not that upset at all just saying in general. I can't wait for this game I want it so much I would literally think 30$ is okay but I hope its 20$ like T1. I bet there still will be whiners All is good though my Turok's just saying^^ Yours truly the tear collector xD

One thing that stands out to me is the character models are such a low level polygon count they look paper thin. I know that's the original form but it kind of takes away from the new graphics rendering. I wonder how the engine would handle higher resolution character models. Looks promising though, and Kex 3.4 - hmmmmm. We'll see soon.

To be fair playing turok3 and rage wars on an emulator is quite comfortable if you customize the controls so they play like modern FPS.

I had P64 long before ordering my laptop from Dell. I made sure that I wasn't going to spend $1600 for something crappy. Even on my older computer (before that died), it ran fine. This freeze issue with the T1 ROM was a common problem. An LPer on YT by the name of Eexecute mentioned that his ROM might crash, when it played Level 3. I think it did, too. I have to re-watch his whole LP.

A location it loves to crash a lot in, is the part in Ancient City where you lower the stones down, that lead to the underground area with Poachers in it (before the warp).

I've had to resort to running from the area as the stones go down and try to get to the nearest save alter, because if I save state it, it will crash the second I reload. Even trying to run from the problem area, I can still get caught by the freeze.

This also can happens in The Lost Land and sometimes The Ruins. Falling down a bottomless void in Treetop Village can also get the game stuck. As for P64, I think I heard about a virus... I haven't had a need to download it in years (more than 5).

Turok 2 does work better, though. The only bugs I've noticed are the Flashlight and Flair Gun not working, but they're insignificant.

Yeah emulator Turok is bad Abyssal xD it is a no no.
