One thing I can say that is really special about this game is the environment and atmosphere. The level design is pretty grand it makes me feel at home with these forest's, vines, trees, rocks, and mountains. Honestly I don't think there are many games to this day with this level of detail and atmosphere in the jungle. And that's saying something because this is pretty old now.

This is really true in 2008 there weren't much forest atmospheres that were as good as this one. Everything about the level design was actually on par with the Turok series except being a bit linear but in 2008 that was kind of hard to avoid without causing fps drags.

Wow Japan version of mp? Son of Stone that is sick! I never even seen Japans version and surely not mp in Japan version. So in order to play the Japan version on mp do you have to have a friend who also owns the Japan version or is it like a global thing where all regions play together?
