Those two get tons of sells Shadow warrior redux does about as good as Turok did though. But most of the fps games are dump off dos versions so they never do any good xD That is not a bad number but it is also not a very good one. I seen many many games do worse though. But yeah that is not a strong number to base how well a fan made comic project will score. Could be better could be worse in most cases. 10,075 copies would be a difference! And I must ask how can you know it sold about 1,075 on steam? I imagine Turok sells decent on gog also. Since you can own it like is yours doing that.
I say its worth a shot if you're really trying it because its going to need someone behind supporting it to push 100%.

I now understand what you mean not to make a profit in selling but to pay the right talent to have it made. Well this is neat to me and the art is really nice. 150$ per page is quite a lot but it is some great quality art however and probably the direction it should go. Its just a bit pricey per page there and I'm not sure how many people would drop that much for one page unfortunately.
