I used a program called Game Extractor. It supports the PC versions of both Dinosaur Hunter and Seeds of Evil. Doesn't open everything, though. Just the sounds for Dinosaur Hunter and the sounds and textures for 2.

I haven't taken the time to listen to everything, but is it possible that the Chronoscepter uses the Fusion Cannon's firing sound? They're similar enough, and the game pitch shifted its own sounds all the time anyway. :P  For what it's worth, I couldn't find a specific Chronoscepter sound from the PC version's files (unless it's named something incredibly ambiguous).

how did you even open up the Turoksnd files anyway?

hey thanks man you know to my knowledge there isn't any Turok sound boards available to download. Maybe someone else knows of one. But i could never find it. I tried google searching it down and no voice packs none the less voice and sound effects. really I cant find any. I heard them and some pitch corrections but audacity or a few other music production programs could do the job

Oh damn dude. Did you rip it from the N64 cart?

Nah the rom that was already out there, there was a program that let me dive into the rom and i extracted all the sounds.
They just need to be pitched down properly in audacity so they sound correct.

Yeah no problem! it should be every sound effect there, but a lot of them still need to be pitched properly and stuff and the like.

Thanks Shadow! I was planning on going to get some of these soon because I need them for my Turok mod on eduke. Now I don't have to struggle with it :P This helps, and its pretty cool sorting through all the different sounds good job.

Even though i do own a physical copy, i managed to extract all the sound effects from the N64 rom of the game, only thing is the pitch is off so to get the correct pitch you need to pitch them down properly in Audacity. However you can download them here if you wanna mess with them.

I also have some weapon sounds and campaigner voices and soldier sounds and other enemies that i have pitched down properly here.

I updated the download up here and included a bunch of more sound effects and stuff correctly pitched.

I'm still trying to find which one is the Chronoceptor firing but no luck

Here is all of the Turok SFX

have fun and enjoy.
